Bandit is a wargame hosted on OverTheWire. It is a series of levels that teach you the basics of Linux and security. This post is a writeup of the levels I have completed.
Level 0
Level 0 is just logging into the wargame server using SSH. The credentials are given to you on the level page.
- Host: bandit.labs.overthewire.org
- Port: 2220
- Username: bandit0
- Password: bandit0
The password for the next level can be found by reading the readme file in the home directory.
